The smell is all over I can smell it inside and out... it is bad..

Could there be an exhaust leak?

Nope new donut new cat + cant hear one or see one with the hot exhaust gasses i would see it with it being 5 degrees out

Try cleaning the TB first, before you do anything. Your maf screen is out right? That'* NEGATIVLY affecting performance right now. You may be running richer if the maf sensor thinks there'* more air then there is.

The TPS is on order.. I am going to clean my TB... Should I take it off or just shoot carb/fuel injec cleaner in it...
