tie-rod leaking !?!

Default tie-rod leaking !?!
whenever i put grease in the lube fitting for my LF tie-rod (you know for the rack and pinion steering) it leaks out of the top!!! right where the grease goes it, it comes out.. not out of the boot just the top. what could cause this? solution?

Probably lost the little ball at the top that works as a check valve to keep it from leaking. Replacements are available at almost any parts store.
