Do you feel it at the same time you hear it?

How do your front tires look? Are there any blemishes?

I'd pull off the wheel that the sound is coming from (Sounds like the drivers front) and start seeing what is making the thump. Brake assemply MIGHT be loose; but it is evident that something is broken.

Sounds similar to a broken belt or issue with the tire.

More that you drive the car the more potential damage you will do, probably making the issue worse. Make time to look at it ASAP

Tire, rotor, bent rim (I doubt it though), loose wheel?
