Yeah, I can understand that. Go out there and tighten it down to where "it feels right".

FWIW, I've used the 89 in lbs on the L67 without any leaks.

I did not have the right socket to fit the tq wrench anyway, and no way to get to the store since the car was taken apart. What I did was get everything finger-tight..then tightented each nut by turning until it was good and tight with one 1/4 turn, then repeated with a second good 1/4 turn, tightening slowly. I would have been more comfortable with a tq wrench, but I think it'* fine. I'll be going to take my first ride since reinstallation. I'll start it up and watch for leaks...if no coolant comes dripping down I'll assume all is well and nothing is leaking into the TB.

Just took it for a fun little test drive...punched it quite a few times to bask in the sound of my new whine (new intake). No leaks, coolant line up to "Full Hot" and no drippings anywhere under the TB. Looks to be good so far!

Great! Hope it continues that way! I finally dug out my FSM and it also lists TB to supercharger torque as 89 in lbs.
