Between the 95 SSEi, and the other 2 cars I have to repair (this doesn't include the 90 SSE) along with work. I'm in need of a 2 month vacation. I can't decide whether this car is a Pandora'* Box or Murphy'* Law is taking effect, and the sad part is that most of it is my fault that I'm rushing it. Take your time and get that bolt out. Soak it down with PB blaster a few times and let if have time to soak in well. Is there any bolt sticking out of the hole that you can grab with vise grips?

The screw will be metric.. if I remember correctly it'* about a 5.5mm with a 1pitch.

Whether or not a 95 is good has nothing to do with it. Let'* try and keep this one on topic for Frank and get him fixed up and running.

BTW.. you can clean the TB with all the sensors in as long as you pick up a throttle body cleaner that is sensor safe.

There is nothing to grab onto, so I will have to mark it with a punch, drill and tap. 5.5mm sounds good, I have to get read to go to the Chicago concert and will check back tomorrow. Thanks Bill
