Default Throttle Body

Easy to take off the Throtte Body? And will a 96-99 L67 fit on a 97 N/A? I am worried about any hidden cables that I might rip.

I believe it will, but you are going to need a Mini-AFC 2.0. I'd suggest doing rockers (supporting hardware too), ported mani'*, and get that PCM reprogrammed for the larger TB. Might also want some L67 injectors to go along with the setup, but definitely go for the rockers before the TB.

Why should I get the rockers before the TB? Will it hurt the vehicle at all if I just did the TB? I didnt want to get rockers until this summer. Afc is allright, but can i get my pcm reprogrammed again rather then the afc? Are the L67 injectors difficult to put in?

Not really. Just unbolt the fuel rail, unplug the injector wiring, unplug injectors from the rail, and reverse the procedure. Just remember to put new O-rings on the injectors unless you want to go up in flames.

As for the rockers before the TB, the reason I say this, is that I'd guess the TB will be rather inefficient without being able to move the air once it bottle-necks at the rockers. I could be wrong, but I personally would do the rockers before the TB. If you want to mod the TB before the rockers I'd suggest just getting a ZZP stage I L36 TB.
