Default Thank You Robert Dillion!! (UIM/LIM) - UPDATED w/PICS!!

Just wanted to thank Robert for all his help in assisting me with my intake gasket replacement. Your UIM replacement went on like a charm and is running like a champ!! I would not have known about this issue if it were not for all the info on this forum. I'm impressed at the info collected here.

This was the first time that I have done any major engine work and things went off without a hitch. I took my time and was glad I did. I did take some pics, but have no way of posting them. It appears that I caught it in time as it appeared that the gasket was in the process of being breached.

Thanks again!

Very typical pictures on the gaskets..

This is the reason why the lower gaskets are almost considered mandatory when changing the upper intake.
