Default Temp Sensor Check

Is there a way to check the temp sensors and/or relays for the fans?

dad seems to think my problem lies there, but it seems correct that the temps get up to 220 if the low speed is not engaged untill 216*, but he thinks it shouldn't get that hot in 76* weather...

this is sparked cause i was gonna do the high speed override and i think he thinks im just going around the problem to some extent...
