It was super simple on my car. Just turn those two "screws" with you're finger and it should come right off. You have the EXACT same setup I do too the tee. If it ain't coming off then its stuck on something. This is one senario where a little force will do the job.

You shouldn't brake anything. I removed mine when I took the intake out to gut it. Have you gutted you're air box yet. BTW- Nice cleen engine bay.

thanx! it isnt my car though, lol1 my car is white. thaats just a pic i found on cardomain. i gutted, mor elike tore up my air box. its no change in sound at all. i have a real big opening and it still doesnt make a difference in performance. im waiting to get CAI
