Default Tail Lamp?

My Computer reports a tail lamp that is out or malfunctioning which lights are on this circuit? Also is this a common problem? All the lights in the rear seem to be working good. Is it an error in the computer?

check ALL the bulbs

it is problably your license plate bulbs or 3rd brake light...

if those are working ok, tryin reseting all the bulbs in the sockets...

if that doenst work, try new bulbs

if that doesnt work, you are screwed like lakevillessei, and you just have to put up with it

it is a common problem, but i think you will easily overcome it

I agree that it could be (and usually is) a license plate light, but it cannot be the 3rd brake light. That lamp is on a seperate sense circuit all by itself.
