Also I looked everywhere and i wanted to know how the hell do you change your heating/ac blower. mine only blow from the front window (defrost) how would you change it to blow air at the foot area or mid area etc...

Since no one has responded to your question, I thought I would bump you back up to the "front row" again. I guess what everyone will ask you is for More Info. Is the Check Engine light been flashing? Have you tried to pull any codes. Have you done anything to modify this car in any way recently? Have you replaced anything? Did you send your mother a Mother'* Day Card? Sorry, Your Witness.
I'm not certain on your shifting gears problem. Any other issues with it? Low idle speed, missing, check engine light, etc.?
As for only blowing defrost, check the vacuum fitting that leads into the firewall just to the left of the master cylinder. It'* sort of tucked under things, is easy to knock loose, and also easy to overlook when your checking for vacuum leaks. If that comes loose, it defaults to defrost mode.

Please provide more information as to how the car is running, last tune up any other pertanent information that might help out.
Sorry about the delayed responses...wow..how'd this one slip past us.
