Not sure about a series 1 rebuild kit. But you may be able to find another supercharger for a good price. I'll look around.

I think all you need is a new (or rebuilt) nose cone--comes with coupler to fix the noise and seal to fix leak.

i think he said it was like 400 after the core replacement and they paid shipping or it was included in the price or something like that but he said it was ordered from them

rollingperformance.com sells rebuild kits as well as Intense-Racing.com and ZZPerformance. The kits are all the same. Only difference between the M90'* and M62'* is the amount of oil they take.

Good info to have Bill. All you need is a coupler, oil, and a tube of seal.

If it'* leaking at the front seal, I'd replace the bearings and seal at the same time. To clarify I'd hit up the coupler, tube of sealant, shaft seal, and the two bearings.

Replacing is relatively easy following the instructions on rolling performance.
