how easy are they supposed to move back and forth cuz mines a pain to move forward, is their a track that it rides on if so how hard is it to put back on to track?

you would have to drop down the headliner to get access to the slide part

have you tried to just move it side to side?

close the shade and then open the roof, that might knock it back on track

Should slide with one finger. Look and see if you're headliner is pushing up against it. Or maybe its bowed in the center pushing against the headliner.

i can still open it but its not as easy as my wifes sunroof. i might try to get it fixed under warrenty but its not that bigof a deal
