Default Strange noise when putting in reverse

Okay so heres the story :

Ive been hearing this sound lately. I'll describe it but its going to be weird.

It sounds like a steel pin clicks into a rotating sprocket and just clicked into one of the teeth but it only does it once. Its a higher pitched click noise, not loud, but very noticeable. It only happend when i put the car in reverse and push the gas.

I have a '95 SSEi with 190XXX km on it and all fluids are regularly changed/flushed.

With that many miles, it'* probably just your transmission finally wearing out.

Im actually starting to think it is a motor mount. The car vibrates under load now, such as when climbing a hill or pushing the accelerator down. Its only under load though. Also i've noticed the idle is getting a little bit rougher and when i started it last night, (it was -2 celcius) it sounded like it didnt wanna start, it turned over but really slow and started at like 500 rpm, then slowly climbed to about 1600 and stayed there it was really strange...
HELP!
