Hello I have a 92 Bonneville ssei when I bought it the column was all busted up my wiper switch just hangs. Anyway I also have a 97 lesabre that doesn't run. I was wondering how many years those columns were interchangeable,and also if I put the old key lock cylinder in the new column will the car read the pellet in the key properly?

I doubt they would interchange due to different companies.
