Default Squeeky front wheel

I was driving a few days ago with the windows down when I noticed an annoying squeeking sound. It continued on for a few days more. Today I lifted the car and took the tire off to take a look. When I turned the rotor it made the squeek so I tried cleaning it and getting rid of the rust but still made a squeek. I even tried a little bit of lube. I was hoping someone here had any ideas? Probably the best compariable thing I can think of with the sound is if you took a metal brush and gently wiping it on something metal making a metalic like squeeking noise.

does the squeek happen constantly or when the wheel makes a rotation. I had a squeek when ever the wheel would make a revolution. try spraying the rubber boot on the CV
