Hey I had someone do some work on car including spark plugs the way he tied the wires after he was done one was rubbing on cooling fans. didn't notice till it was almost split in half it finally starting making a noise popped hood and as I see it rubbing it split in half sparked and the cooling fans turned off. Ever since that happen the AC now only blows hot no matter the setting and the cooling fans only come on if I turn the Ac on they no longer come on by themselves. I checked ever fused under steering wheel glove box and hood only 1 15amp fuse in 9A under steering wheel was blown and but didn't fix anything when replaced I went and got few relays for ac compressor switched and still not working. I have already tried what I seen in most other post so im lost on what might be the issue now. any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
