Default Ball Joint Qs?

I was wondering do i dril on the front balljoint the top of the rivots or the bottem of the rivots on the control arm? its pretty hard to get in there on the top with the drive shaft and all.

The top is easier if you separate the knuckle from the ball joint and then use a coat hanger to wire it out of the way.

Use a small bit first to go all the way through then use a larger bit to go almost all the way through the ball joint mount. Be carefull not to drill through the lower control arm, if you're not exactly in the middle of the hole you'll end up making it too large for the bolts. Use a cold chisel between the ball joint mount and the control arm to separate the pieces.

I just changed mine 2 weeks ago. Hope you're in good shape if you want drill all 6 rivets from the bottom .

yeah i drill about a lot at work, a temp fabricator. so yeah im used to it. i was hopeing it would be easier but owe well better then paying somebody to do it for more me.
