Default Something rolling around

I have dislodged something during a quick turn... now every time I accelerate and brake something rolls around and clinks. It sounds like it'* coming from the passenger side floorboard, specifically in the rocker panel area.

My question is, is there an access point to see inside of this area? If not, would it be better to cut a hole on the inside or the underside? And, are there spars that run perpendicular?

Thanks!
