Yep..4 hours with no beer on board. 6+ with beer on board. When you hit the 4 hour mark and you're not done, then put beer on board.

This is kinda funny to me. First off...there isn't really a flex pipe on your car, there'* a flex section up at the top of the downpipe where it connects to the manifold. Best bet is having a shop make you a new downpipe with a flex piece in it usually. While they are measuring and making...they may as well put it on.

Dan.. 6+ hours on a Bonneville for headers?????? How long to do an oil change..hahahahahaha

20 mins for oil. I had to move my cat back about 4 inches, that took a while.
