I thought the problem seized but having another vehicle (Infiniti) I tend to neglect my bonne.Im tired of spending money fixing little things on this car.
I replaced the rear valve cover gasket. Everything seem fine until I drove the car for a full day and the smoke still remains. I double check the screw on the valve cover to make sure they are tight and accidently broke one screw off the cover on the corner. I cntant determine where and why the smoke is coming from the back of my engine.
I dont believe the valve cover gasket is the culprit. If anyone has had this problem or might have a suggestion I would dearly appreciate the help.

Does the smoke smell oily? Inspect the rear exhaust manifold real close. Sounds like oil is leaking on to the manifold. Only place that can come from is the valve cover gasket.

Degrease the motor and drive it for a few days. If the smoke comes back, get an inspection mirror and see if the oil is coming from the rear valve cover. The other area you might check is to get under the car and make certain you don't have oil leaking from the sender, filter, filter plate or pan on that side of the car. when you drive it can splash up on the down pipe and when you stop, the smoke would appear to be coming from the wheel well area.
