Default Sluggish 1995 Bonneville SSEi

My car is driving very sluggish I thought I probably needed a tune up so I took it to quality tun up and got a tune but that didn't solve the problem. Could someone tell me what the problem could possibly be. Last time I came to your site you told me I needed to replace my Harmonic Balancer and you were right. So I'm hoping you can help me again.

Thank you

Welcome back. You would get more help if you posted this in the Mechanical and Maintenance (1992-1999) section of this board. Hopefully one of the Moderators/Administrators will move this post there.
Other than that. What did they do when they did the tuneup? I'm guessing they replaced the Spark Plugs, Air Filter, Gas Filter, and maybe the PCV. Can you better describe that Sluggish feeling you get with your car? Does the Check Engine light ever go on?

In addition to Ol Timer'* questions, what'* the max boost you read on the gauge with the gas pedal floored while driving? What are your coolant temps when warmed up?
