Please, can anyone tell me, whether this element should shine, when corner lights are on, or not?

Depends on what country the car was originally built for. Some European standards are different.

On AMERICAN cars, it'* only a reflector.

Smack it with a hammer, look through the hole, and see if there'* a bulb. BillBoost should be able to get you a replacement....

Seriously, tho, I'd bet real money it'* just a reflector. Unless, like Will said, you managed to get a EuroBonne

WHOA!!! I just looked at your location!

Makes me a little less sure, now. You should be able to peek up into the fenderwell, or maybe down through the trunk, and see if there'* a wire headed to it.

Well, he did say that his was an American car for the U.*. market, so it should be safe to say that it'* just a reflector.

Now, if he wants to invent a new mod and make it a lit marker, that would be neat!

Maybe a bit later. But an idea is good. I think that the best mod is the mod, about nobody can say - whether it is factory default or aftermarket.
