My first diagnosis would be a fuel pump, from the symptoms you're describing. Best way is to check for power at the connector from the body to the pump. If you have power there, the pump is bad.

I'm not sure where you're located, but I'm a tech in St Cloud and have no problem driving to help a fellow Bonne owner.

EDIT: Also, if you end up replacing your fuel pump, replace your fuel filter at the same time! 99% of the time, a fuel pump has failed as a direct cause of not replacing your fuel filter and letting it get too clogged. Anybody with a fullsize Chevy truck or S10/Blazer knows this all too well.

Default found the problem last night

Thanks again everyone for your help! We found the problem right at the tank connector using everyones advice. It seems this car has been worked on before and someone didn't take there time putting it back together. Cleaned up the plug and snapped it back on....instant start! I believe the pump was replaced by the previous owner and they got in a bit of a hurry. I did get the car all back together and took it for a spin.......runs out nice.
