serpatine belt
on my 92 bonne ssei supercharge. the belt has moved over to the side and is getting torn. Is this a pulley problem or just the belt not being put on correctly. Does anyone recommend changing jsut the one belt or should I change both

put the belt back on correctly... start the car and see if its jumping over right away...
if so, its probably the idler pulley or tensioner....
if not, just leave it, and get a new belt if its pretty chewed up
