Default Series II heads???

Hi all,
I came across a good deal on a pair of Series II VIN 1 heads freshly reworked along with a good working Series II M90 supercharger. I am wondering if they will fit either my mom'* 1992 VIN 1 Park Avenue or my sister'* 1995 VIN 1 Riviera? How about just the supercharger?
I am betting not, but just wanted confirmation.
Thanks in advance,
Stylez

They might fit but there is so much hardware that would be funked up by this that it wouldnt be worth the time or money :?

I'm afraid NOT is the correct answer here.
On the flip side though, I may be willing to buy or trade that M90 SC for cash or a M62 SC with just 2000 km on it though! If interested, give me a price on the M90 SC!
