Default seatbelts

my rear passenger side seat belt does not pull out. i was wondering how to remedy this problem.

Can you push it back in? Sometimes mine will do that too. Couple of jerks and it will unlock itself.

haven't tried, i just had some people riding in the back last night and they said it wouldn't pull out, i'm sure they tried that

go out to look at the belts, sometimes if you pull too hard too fast, it'll tension up. I'd try pulling it at different angles and at different speeds.
