Default SE vs. SSE

Hi everybody and Happy New Year!

It been about 5 months since I lost my 95 SE in an accident and I've been on the hunt for another Bonnie. I found a deal on another 95 SE and a deal on a 94 SSE. The SSE is a little more money but I think I could swing it.

My question is, what are all the differences between an SE and an SSE. I know the front bumper/driving lights are different and the tail lights are different. What else? Is the suspension different?

The Suspension is a little more sporty, yet retains nice smooth ride overall. It is also air assist in the rear with auto-leveling.
The seats are buckets, with leather and 12-way lumbar support front buckets optional. Also there is a standard 8 speaker stereo system, standard 16" aluminum wheels with 225/60/16 tires standard, digital HUD (Heads Up Display) which projects the speed onto the windshield, digital Climate Control, and in the trunk there is an accesory air outlet and should also have a Pontiac Accesories black vinyl bag with the air hose, flare, 1st Aid kit, rag, cotton gloves, and different tips for the air hose.

P.*. The SSE is a nice upgrade from the SE as long as the SSE is in as nice of condition as the SE. Only price you'll pay is slightly higher insurance and slightly lower mpgs due to heavier car and steeper axle ratio (maybe 1mpg less at most -so not real bad).

SE has the 2.84 axle ratio, unless it had the SLE package or the option box was checked for the axle ratio upgrade (which in 1993-1996 required the SLE package).

i'm assuming (which i prolly shouldn't) that you realize that the 95 will have an l36, whereas the 94 would have an l27. just something to think about. but man, are sse'* niceeeeee.... wouldn't mind having one (or two) of those myself.

SSE all the way. Just no comparison as I drive both.
Just make sure its in as good or better condition than the SE.

OK. I'm going to go look at the SSE today. I'll post when I make a decision.
