Default running like crap at 180*

I noticed that my car when it warms up to 180 and above my SES light starts to come on intermittenly and when that starts to happen my car starts to run like crap and is feels like its flooding out. but before that it runs awesome with no problems. I dont have a scanner and im pretty sure that the auto zone around me doesnt have the roght one for my year. but if any one has any ides that would eb great.

it comes on right after it hits 180 for about 3 seconds then shuts off then comes back on about a minute later and just continues
