Well my buddy has the HPTuners VCMScanner on his laptop and i had him clear the codes and run it again after a little drive. the MAF code came up in like 5 seconds. it stayed at like .23lb/min no matter where the throttle was, so im assuming thats what is wrong. no?

Those MAF readings should change with the amount of airflow moving through the intake.

Before we send you off spending over a 100 bucks and does for a new sensor, try this test to make sure your MAF is getting power.

The MAF readings will change. Unplug the MAF, does anything change? If not, the MAF is more then likely bad.

i know they should, thats why im assuming its the sensor. ill pull out the multimeter tomorrow hopefully.

ill see if i can get him to rescan in and try that out.
