Default Right sound insulator 1994 ssei

I'm trying to remove the right sound insulator to program my keyless remote. However, the nut-screws on the right sound insulator won't fit any of the wrenches I have. It seems to be inbetween a 5/16 and a 1/4 size. Do they make any wrenches for that size or do I need something else?

I don't know anything about that specific nut, but halfway between those and a common socket would be a 9/32 or a 7 mm, a lot of things on these cars are metric sizes, which of course you can convert to inches
