Default Replacing motor in '95 SE...question

I'm at the point of puuting the motor back together with new upper and lower gaskets, along with a new upper intake. Is it wise or necessary to use RTV on these gaskets or mating surfaces?

It'* good to dab rtv where the lower intake manifold gaskets meet. Like this:
