Well, I tried to bypass the VATS by trying the different resistances, and none worked for some reason... So I pulled a column with a key, and all the modules that are in the passenger side kick panels... but the one box that I thought would be the VATS, is different in my 95.. so that idea is out the door... the wreckers had 4 Bonnes, 3 93'*, and 1 95.. only one 93 had a key, so my options were limited...

But the good news is that I got a fender, hood, and a normal bumper for my 95.. and all are green too..

Ok, here'* an update.. I got a key from GM today, but no resistor in the key... GM doesn't know what the resistance is for any cars, never mind my car... So now that I have a key for the ignition, I'm going to go through the codes again, but this time with a little more patience... GM says that you should wait about 15 mins between each code attempt....

Atleast the key works, last time I tried ordering keys from GM for my 90 SSE, they didn't work.. so I can close up my steering column and have the car looking decent atleast...

If anyone knows how I can bypass the whole security system, that would be awsome.. since I haven't even heard this car run yet!!

You are on the right track for bypassing with the resistor values. And IIRC the vats module itself is located up under the dash by the windshield where theives can't get to it w/o taking the dash out.
