Default Replace Power Steering Hoses
I have a 99 SLE and I need to replace the power steering hoses. Any suggestions on how to disconnect the hoses at the rack? Space is fairly tight in the area so I was wondering what tool would work best, e.g., crow'* foot? Would it be best to access the connections from above or below?

Crows foot does sound like the right one to use, and coming from the bottom should be easier. Got ramps?
