Rear disc brake conversion????
It'* been discussed here before, and from what I remember, it wouldn't be easy. Nobody makes a kit (that I know of) and a lot of parts would need to be swapped/customized.
But, remembering this post when I was on a break, a guy that works here has a newer Impala. The car is basically the same size as ours, uses the exact same size 16 inch tires, so my assumption based on looking from the outside was that if you could find on in a junkyard, had access to the right tools, it may just be possible to grab a rear axle from one of them and swap it out...
