alright thnx for the adivice.wheres the best place to get the ngk tr55'*, and how do i order them 1 heat range colder?

Napa has them. Should be less than $2/plug. NGK TR55'* ARE 1 heatrange colder - they don't come any other way.

Doesn't make that much difference. But if you gap smaller now, you're set for the next step down.

Point of note. When using NGK plugs.. always check the end to ensure the cap is screwed on tightly where the plug wire clips on. These are screw on pieces and should be doubled checked. (It saves hair pulling)

Autolite plugs do not have the screw on type caps. They are solid.

thnx for the help guys. when i took off the back plugs, i noticed how bad the front plugs actually were. almost all of the center diode was gone!!!! i am guessing that means the front 3 plugs are the ones that fire reverse polarity. i took willrens advice and picked up the v-power tr-55'*, got them at a decent price, $1.89 ea alot more affordable then the platinums too.
