i have a question regarding my transmission. I have a 1998 ssei and first it started out shifting hard... well no about a week later it shifts fine but it switches and goes 1 gear 2nd 3rd and then no overdrive... and then other times it goes 1st 2nd overdrive.... i was told it was a epc soleniod and a tcc soleniod and then told the transmission is shot i was wondering if this is normal or if u had any imput on it thanks

That sounds like the way that clutchpacks in the transmission would tyipcally wear out. It does sound like you need a rebuild
