Default Pully noises

When my engine gets hot the pully between the supercharger and the alternator shakes a little, and when I turn off the engine it makes a weird shakeing noise. Should I get it tightened or what should I do?

Default Check the tensioner pulley.....

I spun mine with the belt off and it made a racket. Replaced it for less than $20...
