I'm thinking it'* the idler pulley behind the torque axis mount. Mine made noise from sometime before it seized on me.

I already swapped it. Only pulleys left are WP, HB and alt. I KNOW its not the alt because I can get my ear next to that one and its deffinitly coming from down low.
