I'm thinking if it was a relay issue there would be more that is not working. It'* more likely that it is a fuse, or something such as the BCM.

HEY GUYS I found it ,it was a fuse(10 Amp Radio fuse) now I checked those fuses over and over again and I had a friend to check them and he found the bad fuse wow who would have thought that the Radio fuse is tied into the power windows...Hey Thanks Guys for all your help..btw the fuse did`nt really look blown but a closer look and it was so check out all fuses with some kind of Meter.

I'm glad that you got if figured out... Something must have grounded out while you were down there and blew the fuse.
