Seeins it'* the front and rear, I'm gonna still vote for door seals. That'* the only thing I can think of that would leak from rain while sitting still.
To try a test (it'* how I found my leak), pay the extra 5 to 7 bucks next time you get gas and run it through the touchless car wash. The high pressure water should definitely find and pointout any weak spots on your sels.
As to Will'* core suggestion, if the core is dirty/clogged it doesn't drain correctly, thus leaking into the cabin. Once clean, it will drain properly, to the outside of the car

Only way to really find it is to pull the front seats out, then the carpet (its wet anyway) then water test it and you will see where the water path is coming in on the metal floorboards.
Otherwise you are grasping at straws. I don't know about you but I don't like grasping at straws when something is wrong with my car.
