Default Please help With 92 bonneville

So now i am told that my 92 bonneville se 3.8 V6 doesnt have an EGR Valve. But below that is all the symptoms of my car. Does anyone know whats up .. maybe the throttle position sensor?? I dont know please help

A. These are the symptoms of a bad EGR valve:

Engine stops after cold start.
Engine stops at idle after deceleration.
Vehicle surges during cruise.
Rough idle.

this is exactly what my car does and i figured it would be it. I thought its was bad if there was one on it. on the autozone website they have 92 bonne. egr valves so thats where i got the idea. Do you know of anything or why my car may be doing this? by the way that pic is identical to mine

What pic?

The EGR will have nothing to do with a cold start.

How are the plugs, plug wires, fuel pressure?

I replaced all the wires and plugs .. and fuel pressure is fine its just like when i sudden stop it idles really low and shuts off or goin down the road it looses rpm and when i hit the gas pedal it does nothing unless i pump it for about 3 seconds then it kicks in. It doesnt really do the cold start thing.. it idles really rough on cold start then low rpm but stays running most of the time. but the rest of the symptoms of egr is exactly what my car does.

I'm betting the IAC might be at fault here. Pull it and clean it.

What do you mean you pump the gas? That'* not a normal need for a fuel injected engine. Perhaps the throttle body needs pulled and cleaned?

im no expert by any means, but in my many, many trips to the junkyard, i have never seen a 92 with the plastic manifold.

im not saying they didnt have em, i do believe you, but it must be rare.

its got the plastic silver grayish cover over the manifold but the manifold itself is silver . I get a check engine light though when it dies out so its something wrong . I need to get it tested to see what the error code reads
