On my 97 NA, its near the top left of the engine cover. Has a sensor on the top and you can simply twist it off. Its just kind of sitting in there, might be covered in oil.

you need to take the plastic cover from the supercharger. there will be a metal square on the back right of the engine with two bolts holding it down(i thought it even said PCV on it) anyway, take out the bolts, lift off the square cover(there'* a spring under it) and the PCV is in there.

This is not the same as yours but it may help.
