how is the pcv install nipel side up or flat side up right now it is nipel side down and i think thats wrong this is on lakevilles old 95 i got now

I never did anything with the PCV when I owned the car, but knew it was replaced by the previous owner, but never checked it to see if it was upside down.....But the car idled like that before it was replaced if I remember right....But hey, if it works....GOOD JOB! And I got my *** kicked by a $4.99 part lol.
