Manually adjust the rear brakes with the hub off, until you can ALMOST not get the hub back on.

They need the attention sometimes.

Sorry to sound stupid but I'm at work & don't have any of my "Instruction Manuals" [Chiltons/Clymer]... So when you say 'adjust', do you mean adjust the Parking Brake cable?..or are you talking about an adjustment inside the brake drum itself... :?
