Default Operating temperature
What is the proper operation temperature these 3800 motors should run at? Mine hovers around 200-215 degrees.

That'* normal with a stock thermostat, especially in the summer.

To give you an idea, the factory setting for the low speed fans to come on is 215 and the high speed around 226

Depending on when the last coolant flush was done, a good coolant flush might help you out there, back flush it also. Get a new t-stat for general practice. What is the year/trim level, miles, of your car?
