Can anyone tell or show me where this infamous TCC solenoid connects outside the tranny? I would at least like to know it is plugged up b4 I take off to see the tranny guy.........who knows?? :?

Bingo. That'* where it is. Glad JR jumped in here. My book doesn't detail replacement. I would assume you'd have to pull the end cover on the transaxle?

Okay, the TCC Solinoid is part of the Valve Body itself. On some models of Trans you have to replace it with a whole Valve Body. To get to the Valve Body though, you have to take off the side Cover Pan, which means the Trans has to either come out or dropped with the drive axle out! There is a harness that comes out by the side Cover Pan. The main harness though is inside the trans itself. In my opinion, this job is not for the inexperienced back yarder! There is 2 solinoids on the valve body & if you replace the wrong one, well lets just say you don't want to do that okay! :?

It does but the TCC solinoid & one other is on one side while the other shift solinoid is on the other side!
