Oil pan capacity and leaks?

The upper L36 plastic intake manifold exploded a few weeks ago and the car was towed to the dealer and back.
Since the explosion the car has not been cranked and now it has the lower intake off.
Before the explosion there might be 1 drop per month on the oil pan now it leaks 2 drops a day.

On a L36 is the oil level higher than the pan gasket or front and rear seal?

With an oil pan off the car how much fluid will it hold before overflowing?
