I scanned my car a few weeks ago, no codes at all. I'll do some other monitoring...things..soon.

I agree...unless you have a '97 non-supercharged Bonneville. It felt exactly like a low RPM/high load ignition miss. Mine wasn't. My coils checked out, and I had new plugs and wires (which I also ohmed out). Woulda been a head scratcher without that TSB.
