Ok, so how do I get this damn thing out.

I have a 7/8" wrench (tested fit on the new O2.)

But the wrend is so damn big I cant get the old one out. Whats the secret here? Thanks.

I have no problems using a wrench, crescent wrench, or O2 socket (which you can buy at the auto parts store for under 10 bucks). Your choice. Sounds like you have too long of a wrench.

I bought O2 socket for me socket wrench then put my torque bar on it to loosen it up. Came out no problem for me

crescent wrench got the job done. All I needed was for it to be broken loose a little....Came out by hand the rest of the way. Couldn't have done it without my nomex arm sleeves though. Thanks all for your help.

Just as a "by the way", I got my O2 socket at Sears, for under 10 bucks. I may not use it much, but for the price it'* a definite "nice to have"

For some reason I couldn't get your video to work. Other putfile videos run just fine. Am I missing something?

And I'll second the question. What brand O2 did you put back in?
